You can delete your Life Climb account inside the app. This removes your climb data from our database. It cannot be undone.
Steps in the app
- Sign in to Life Climb.
- Open You (the You tab in the bottom bar).
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
What we remove
When deletion succeeds, we remove your account and the data tied to it, including:
- Your Journey, Camps, Battles, and Basics
- Your sign-in sessions on our servers
- Push notification subscriptions for your devices
- Feedback you sent while signed in
- Your notification settings, including your time zone preference
- Your game progress, points, and related records stored for your account
If you have an active subscription, we cancel it at Stripe as part of deletion.
What we do not remove
- Anonymous usage events that were saved without your user id (for example, visits to the public landing page before sign-up)
- Your customer record at Stripe (we cancel the subscription; Stripe may keep billing records under their own rules)
- Copies that already left our app, such as feedback email we sent to our inbox, password-reset emails, or lines in server logs
Can't log in? Email mvoicickis@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account.
